Merittrac Services is over in Mahalakshmi Layout in Bangalore. Our office is in the 86 postal code area. It’s a pretty standard setup. We’ve got rows of desks and people working on different service projects throughout the day. The area is mostly residential with some shops, so it’s not as crazy as the city center. We get in early, have some breakfast nearby, and then get to work. Most of what we do involves handling service requests and making sure everything is running on time. We don't have a big sign outside that flashes, just a regular office door. Inside, it’s usually quiet because everyone is focused on their computers. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room at the back where the fan makes a bit of noise. The commute to Mahalakshmi Layout can be a pain if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the day’s tasks without making mistakes. It's a lot of spreadsheets and emails. On Fridays, things feel a bit more relaxed, and we might stay late just to finish up so the weekend is clear. It’s just a normal group of people trying to do a decent job in a quiet part of Bangalore. We've been here for a while and know the local food spots well enough to avoid the bad ones.
