Merittrac Services Pvt. Ltd is situated down in Trivandrum, specifically in Jayakash Lane over in Kudappanakunnu. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s a nice enough place to be based. The 695 043 area has a certain feel to it that we’ve all grown fond of. We operate out of a regular building that doesn't stand out much from the rest of the street. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us working through our tasks. We don’t really go for the corporate look. It’s more about having a functional space where we can actually get stuff done without too many distractions. The lane is usually pretty quiet, which is a nice change from some of the busier parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the people on the staff are locals. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls. We just believe in showing up and putting in the effort. Sometimes the days feel long, but we manage to get through it by helping each other out. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. Merittrac Services Pvt. Ltd is just a group of people in Trivandrum doing their best with the work they have. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and it works for what we need to do every day.
