Our place is over at Elegant Residency, specifically in Flat TF4 on the 22A Main road. It’s in Padmanabha Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of Bangalore compared to the center. Being near the Kidney Foundation makes it easy for people to find the building. We work out of an apartment-style setup, which makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office block. We spend our time managing various services, mostly focused on the administrative side of things. It’s a small team here, so we all know what each other is doing. Some days we have people coming in for different reasons, and other days it’s just the sound of typing and the fan overhead. The residency is a nice enough place to spend the day. We’ve got the usual office stuff—files, desks, and a small kitchen area for breaks. It’s not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist. You just come up to the third floor and we are there. Padmanabha Nagar has its own charm, with local markets and trees lining the streets. We like that it's a bit tucked away from the main noise of the city. It’s just a regular business operating out of a residential space, doing the work that needs to be done without any extra polish or fancy branding.
