You can find us at 112, Sowrabha, in the Canarabankcolony area of Nagarbhavi Road. Merittrac Services Private Limited has been based here in Bangalore for a good while. The building has a name, Sowrabha, which makes it a little easier for people to find us among all the other houses and offices in the colony. We do a lot of work related to assessments and testing, which means there’s often a lot of paperwork and data moving around. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when you need to focus. The office itself is functional. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers that stay on all day. It isn't a place for show; it’s a place for working. Our staff is local, and we often find ourselves talking about the traffic on Nagarbhavi Road or the weather in Karnataka while we wait for the computers to load. We’ve had to adapt to a lot of changes in how testing is done over the years. Some days are just filled with phone calls and emails, trying to coordinate things across different locations. It’s practical, sometimes tedious work, but it’s important. We don’t have a fancy lounge or anything like that. We just have a break room where the tea is usually a bit too sweet. We’ve settled into this corner of Bangalore and it feels like home to us now. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
