You can find us at 28/2, Serenade, on the second floor. We’re located right on Ejipura Main Road, near the Viveknagar Post in Bangalore. The area is always buzzing with activity and people moving around. Mercer Human Resource Consulting is the name on the door, but we don't act like one of those big, stuffy firms you see in movies. Our office is just a regular floor in the Serenade building. We deal with people and their jobs all day long. It’s a lot of paperwork, spreadsheets, and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we’re just helping with the HR stuff that other companies need to get done. The traffic on Ejipura Main Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit late just to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is very practical. We’ve got some desks, a water cooler that occasionally leaks, and plenty of files stacked up. We don't use much corporate lingo or fancy talk here. We just try to be helpful and get the small details right for everyone. It’s a small team and most of us have worked together for a long time now. We know the neighborhood well, from the little snack shops on the corner to the post office. We don't have a polished "About Us" page. We just tell people where we are and what we do.
