Megha Communication

Megha Communication is located at number 20 in Banashankari 2nd Stage, right on Magadi Main Road. It is a small shop where we do a bit of everything related to phones and cable television. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile recharges or fixing small issues with their devices. We also handle some DTH services for people in the area. It is a busy spot because the road outside is always crowded with buses and cars. We have a lot of posters on the walls for different data plans and things like that. The shop is not very big, so we usually just stand behind the counter for most of the shift. We have a small stool, but we rarely get a chance to sit down. People come in for a quick xerox or to pay a monthly bill. We know the routine of the neighborhood pretty well by now. In the mornings, it is mostly people on their way to the bus stop. When evening comes, it is the office workers heading back home. We do not have any corporate training or anything. We just learned everything by doing it ourselves. Sometimes the internet connection is slow and we have to ask people to wait a minute while the payment goes through. It is just a normal part of life here. We like being in Banashankari. It is a good community for us.
