You can find us at 830 Indira Nagar in the Nagarwada area. Meenakshi Consultancy Services is basically just a small room filled with filing cabinets and a couple of old wooden desks. We spend a lot of our time helping people with their paperwork and forms. It’s not the most exciting work, but people need help navigating all the rules and requirements these days. We have a ceiling fan that squeaks a little, but it keeps the air moving. My wife does most of the typing while I talk to the people who come in. We get a lot of older folks who aren't comfortable with the online systems, so we sit with them and go through things line by line. There is a small bench outside for people to wait on if we are already busy with someone else. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know our address and show up when they have a problem with their documents. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a particular case is taking a long time to finish. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be done. It’s a quiet business, mostly just reading and writing all day long. We've been at this same spot for years and the neighbors all know us by name now.
