We are located in Bangalore, which is a city that never really seems to slow down. Being Mccreade Software Asia, we’ve spent quite a few years navigating the local scene here. Our office is a place where we just focus on the software side of things without any of the extra corporate drama you see in bigger firms. We don’t have those big glass walls or fancy bean bag chairs in every corner. Instead, we have a lot of computers, some decent desks, and a break area that sees a lot of use. The atmosphere is usually pretty quiet because everyone is focused on their code or their designs. We’re not the type of place to have long, unnecessary meetings every morning. Usually, we just check in with each other and then get to it. The Bangalore traffic is something we all talk about, especially when someone comes in late because a road was blocked off. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with us since the beginning and some newer faces. It’s a steady environment. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things as they come up. On Fridays, we might stay a bit later to finish something off, but we try to keep a balance. It’s just a normal software office in a very busy city, and that suits us just fine.
