We go by Mccreade Software (Asia) Pvt Ltd here in Bangalore, though we’re also connected with Technodyne over in New Jersey. It’s a bit of an interesting setup having those two names linked together. Most of our actual work happens right here in the city. We’re deep into software development and technical support, which means our office is usually full of the sound of typing and some light chatter about code bugs. It’s not a massive glass tower; it’s just a regular Bangalore office space where people drink too much coffee and stay late when a project is due. We deal with the usual city stuff like power cuts and long commutes, but we get the work done. The connection to NJ means we sometimes have to adjust our clocks for meetings, which can be a bit tiring. But that’s the nature of software work in this day and age. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some whiteboards with scribbled notes and a few dusty plants in the corner. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the software and nothing else. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re just a group of tech people in Bangalore making sure the systems for Technodyne and our other clients keep running. It’s steady work and we’ve been at it for a while now. Things aren't always perfect, but the software gets built regardless.
