We are located on Sardar Patrappa Road, not too far from the Luciya International hotel. The shop is usually full of computer parts, cables, and boxes that haven't been unpacked yet. We do a mix of selling hardware and fixing machines that people bring in when they won't turn on anymore or have some weird error. It's a bit of a messy place, to be honest. There are always screwdrivers and thermal paste sitting on the counters. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. People in the area know us as the place to go when they need a specific part that’s hard to find in the bigger stores. We don’t really have a sales team or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us with our head inside a computer case or testing a motherboard. We try to be honest about what’s wrong with a machine and how much it’ll cost to fix. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to call people to tell them to wait. The traffic on Sardar Patrappa Road is always a nightmare, so we recommend coming early if you’re driving. We aren't a big fancy showroom with bright lights and matching uniforms. It’s just a practical workshop where we work on computers. We like the technical side of things and don't care much for the polished corporate look that others have.
