Maya International

At number 84 in the NTY Layout off Mysore Road, you'll find Maya International. It’s a bit of an older building, but it suits us just fine. We have been working from this spot for several years now. Being near Mysore Road means there’s always a lot of traffic and movement, which is good for business. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. We handle international trade, so there is a lot of back and forth with shipping companies and customs. It can be a real headache sometimes when things get stuck or paperwork goes missing, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over time. We aren't a huge corporation with different departments for everything. Usually, whoever picks up the phone is the one who helps you out. We keep things informal. You might hear someone laughing in the background or the sound of the tea lady coming around in the afternoon. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we are busy with orders. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of our growth has just happened naturally because we try to be honest with the people we work with. If we can't do something, we just say so. It saves everyone a lot of time. That is just how we like to run things here.
