Maxtel Maximum Telecom

We are tucked away in Gandhi Bazar at 76/4. If you know Basavanagudi, you know how crowded and lively this area gets, especially during the festival times when everyone is out shopping. Our shop, Maxtel Maximum Telecom, is not very big, but we fit a lot of stock into it. We have been dealing with phones and network connections here for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent helping people set up their new devices or explaining how a specific recharge plan works. It can get quite loud with the vegetable vendors right outside the door and the bells from the temple nearby. We do not have a fancy air-conditioned showroom. It is a simple setup with a counter and some old stools for customers to sit on while they wait. We have seen the market change from those old basic keypads to these big touchscreens. We try to keep a stock of what is popular, but sometimes things sell out faster than we expect them to. The wiring in this old building can be a bit moody sometimes, especially when it rains. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a family-run feel here, even if we have a few staff members helping out. We know the neighbors well and often share tea in the afternoons.
