Maximus Talent Resource Management

Our office for Maximus Talent Resource Management is down in Shanthi Nagar, near Girgaum Chowpatty. We’re at number 543. It’s a pretty active part of the city, especially with the beach so close by. We spend our time looking for people to fill jobs. It’s mostly phone calls and looking through piles of resumes all day. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files tucked into every corner. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. We just have desks and a lot of coffee. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, but mostly it's just the sound of traffic from the main road. We talk to people from all over who are looking for work. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out where someone might fit. Some days are slow, and other days the phones don’t stop ringing. We’ve been in Shanthi Nagar for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get a quick lunch. We don't really use recruiters ourselves; we just do the work ourselves. It’s an honest living. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping folks find a paycheck and helping companies find a pair of hands. If you’re around Girgaum Chowpatty, you might see our small sign. It’s nothing big. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the shift like everyone else.
