Maxima Global Executive Search

We are over at No 21 on 3 Main Road in Matadahalli. That is in the R.T. Nagar Post area of Bangalore 32. Maxima Global Executive Search is basically us sitting in an office trying to find people for different jobs. It sounds more exciting than it is. Mostly it is a lot of phone calls and looking at lists on the screen. The office is in a decent spot. Matadahalli is a bit crowded, but we like being near R.T. Nagar. There are plenty of places to get a quick coffee when the afternoon slump hits. The building itself is just a standard Bangalore structure. We have some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few desks that are always covered in notes. It is a busy environment but not in a polished way. We deal with a lot of different people every week. Some are looking for work and some are looking for workers. We just try to connect them without making a big fuss about it. The traffic on 3 Main Road can be a headache during peak hours. We usually wait for it to die down before heading home. It is a straightforward operation here. We have been doing this for a while and we know the area well. It is just a job like any other.
