Max Tel

Working on BVK Iyengar Road is always a bit of a challenge with the crowds and the noise. Our shop at Marol Bazar, 94/2 & 3, is right in the thick of things, and being around Vijay Nagar means there is never a dull moment. Max Tel isn't some shiny showroom; it’s a working space where we handle a lot of mobile equipment and parts. We get a mix of people, from individual customers to smaller shop owners looking for stock. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling sometimes, and finding a specific item can take a minute. We know our inventory though, even if it looks like a bit of a mess to an outsider. The team is small, just a few of us who have been together for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking the quality of the new arrivals. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the market. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. If you come in, you'll see us as we are, usually busy with a delivery or testing out some new accessories. It’s a fast-paced environment, and we like the energy of the bazaar. It keeps us on our toes and ensures we stay busy from morning till the shutters go down. We just keep moving forward every day.
