Matrix

Matrix is situated in Vijaya Nagar at number 487. We aren't part of some big chain or a massive company. It’s just a local business that we’ve been running for several years now. The office is pretty basic with just a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really care about having a modern look. What matters to us is getting the work done every day. We usually start our mornings by checking what needs to be delivered or finished. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and it tends to pile up on the main table. We don't have a fancy website or a social media manager. Most of our customers find us because they live in the area or heard about us from a neighbor. We like being in Vijaya Nagar because it’s a lively place with plenty of things happening. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear the phone, but we manage. We don't talk about things like excellence or quality in a formal way. We just do the job the way it should be done and hope the customer is satisfied enough to come back. The staff is just a small group of us, and we all know each other’s families. It feels more like a small team than a corporate office. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss or extra cost.
