Matrix Modular Office Furniture is over at number 6, R K Shetty Chawl on Pratap Nagar Road in Shivaji Nagar. We are located near Prestige Nishal, which is a big landmark in this area. Our workspace is a bit of a mix between a showroom and a workshop. You’ll hear the sound of drills and saws going quite often because we assemble a lot of the pieces right here. We make desks, chairs, and those partitions you see in big offices. Shivaji Nagar is a very crowded place, so getting large deliveries in and out of the chawl can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have to time it right so we don't block the road for too long. The office part of our building is just a small corner where we do the billing and sketches. It’s not a fancy, air-conditioned store. There’s sawdust on the floor and pieces of laminate leaning against the walls. We’ve been working with wood and metal for a long time, so we know what lasts and what doesn't. We don’t have a big marketing team; we just show people what we’ve built and let them decide. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive place to be. Every day we are just focused on getting the orders ready and sent out to the customers who need them for their own offices.
