Mathurushree Steel Traders

We run Mathurushree Steel Traders out of our spot in the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s right on Majura Gate Road, at number 117/1. We’ve been here for a good while now, dealing with all kinds of steel stuff like rods, plates, and beams. The yard gets pretty dusty and noisy with all the trucks coming in and out, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or helping some builder load up their trailer. It is not fancy work at all. My brother and I usually handle the orders ourselves. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. People just know we are here and they drop by when they need material for a project. Sometimes we sit around waiting for a shipment that’s stuck in traffic, and other times it’s so busy we can’t even stop for tea. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we have the steel you want, we tell you. If we don’t, we try to find out when it’s coming. The office is just a small room with a desk and some old ledgers. We prefer being out in the yard anyway. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy metal, so it keeps us moving. That is basically us in a nutshell, just a local steel yard doing our thing day after day.
