Mathaji Provision Stores

We've been running Mathaji Provision Stores for quite a while now. You can find us right in the Janseva Bank Compound over in Bhosari. It’s a busy spot on the Pune Nashik road, especially around the Havanur Extension area. Most days start early for us because people need their milk and bread before heading to work. We try to keep all the basic stuff stocked up on the shelves, from dal and rice to soaps and little things for the kitchen. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home, but that’s just how it is around here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to shuffle boxes around the small space we have. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we know most of the faces that walk through the door. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and making sure nothing is sitting past its date. Working in Khandobamal means dealing with the traffic and the noise from the main road, but we are used to it by now. The shop is small but we fit a lot in there. We don't have a big team or anything, just us making sure things run okay every day. It's hard work keeping everything organized, especially when new stock comes in and we have to find room for it. We just keep going, day after day, trying to stay on top of what people need for their homes.
