Mass Mobile

Mass Mobile has been sitting here at number 10 in New Thippasandra for a good bit. We handle all kinds of phone issues, from cracked screens to batteries that just won't hold a charge anymore. It's a small shop, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone comes in at once after work. We aren't trying to be one of those big shiny showrooms you see in the malls. It's just us at the counter, trying to figure out why a phone isn't working or helping someone find a charger that actually lasts. People drop by mostly because they live nearby and know we won't overcomplicate things. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Sometimes it's just a quick question about an app, and other times it's a phone that's been dropped in water and needs some serious help. We just get on with it. The street outside is always noisy, but we’re used to it by now. We keep a decent stock of parts and basic phones for people who don't want anything too complicated. It’s a straightforward job, and we like being part of the New Thippasandra community. We don't spend money on advertising; word of mouth usually does the job for us. If a phone can be fixed, we'll say so, and if it's junk, we’ll tell you that too. That’s just how we run things here. There is no point in making things sound more important than they are.
