Mars Chicken Delight

We are located in Koramangala 1st Block, specifically on 7th Main at number 17. It’s a decent spot, tucked away from the main roads but still busy enough. Most of our day is spent handling chicken. We get the deliveries early, and then it’s all about prepping and getting the fryers going. The smell of cooking travels down the street, which usually brings people in. It’s a small operation at Mars Chicken Delight, just a few of us in the back and someone handling the front counter. We get a lot of delivery drivers waiting outside on their bikes, which can get a bit crowded on the sidewalk. Sometimes we have to tell them to move so the neighbors don't complain. The floor gets a bit slippery if we aren't careful, so we are always scrubbing it down. We don't have a big menu, just the stuff we know how to make well. On rainy days, it gets quiet, and we just sit around listening to the rain on the roof and wait for the phone to ring for an order. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We see the same faces every week, mostly students or people living in the apartments nearby who don't want to cook dinner. We just try to get the orders out as fast as we can without making mistakes. Sometimes we run out of boxes and have to scramble.
