Marks & Spencer

We are located in Bangalore, over in the Coffee Board Layout near Hebbal. Specifically, we’re at 612, 10th Main. It’s a nice enough area, quite busy with all the development around Kempapura lately. We operate under the Marks & Spencer name here. Our daily routine involves opening up, checking the inventory, and helping whoever walks through the door. We don't put on airs or use corporate speak. It’s just a store. We have people from the local layout coming in all the time. The 560024 area has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We focus on the task at hand. If someone needs help finding a size or a specific item, we’re there. We aren't a high-pressure sales environment. We just like to keep things moving smoothly. Sometimes the weather in Bangalore is great, and we leave the doors open. Other times it's raining and we're mopping the entrance all morning. It’s a regular life for us here. We know which neighbors like which items and we try to keep those in stock. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. We don't have a huge staff, just enough to keep the 8th Cross location going. We enjoy the pace here. It's not as frantic as the city center. We just take it day by day and try to be helpful to those who stop by.
