Maria Paying Guest

Maria Paying Guest is located at 47 Lalbagh Road on the first floor. If you know where the Garuda Car Show Room is, we are right near there, which makes it easy for people to find us the first time they visit. We’ve been running this place for a while, offering rooms for people who are working in the city and need a place to stay that isn't too complicated. The first floor has a few rooms and a common area where people can sit. It’s right on the main road, so you get all the city sounds like horns and traffic, especially during the morning rush. We don't have a big staff, just us making sure the place is clean and that the residents are doing okay. The rooms have the basic things you need, like a bed and a place for your bags. It’s not a fancy apartment with a gym or anything, just a regular space for people who are busy with work all day. We handle the cooking for the morning and evening meals, nothing too elaborate, just standard fare. Sometimes the plumbing gives us a bit of trouble because the building has been around for some time, but we get it fixed when we can. It’s a straightforward living situation for someone who wants to be close to the center of town without paying for a whole flat by themselves. We keep the doors locked at night for safety.
