We are located in the Peenya Indl. Area, specifically at 307 & 308 on 5th Main in Phase-Iv. It’s a busy part of the city, lots of trucks and noise, but it’s where all the making happens. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work. The shop floor is always active. We have a team that’s been around for a bit, and everyone mostly knows their role without being told too much. It's an industrial setting, so don't expect any plush carpets or quiet waiting rooms. We deal with tools and precision stuff, which means we have to stay focused even when it’s loud. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used thing here besides the machines. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. Working in Phase-Iv means we are surrounded by other shops doing similar things, so there's a certain rhythm to the day. People come in, they look at what we’re doing, and we try to give them what they need for their own factories. It’s practical work. We don’t do much talking about big ideas; we just look at the drawings and get the pieces right. If you’re driving through Peenya, you know how the traffic can be, but once you get inside our gates, it’s all about the production. We just keep our heads down and work until the buzzer sounds for the day.
