We are based out of Peenya, specifically at 279 on the 4th Main in the 4th Phase. Anyone who knows this area knows it is the heart of the industrial zone here. Mapal India Privat Ltd. has been operating from this building for quite some time. It is a large, practical space designed for the kind of precision work we handle every day. The environment inside is very focused. We spend a lot of time checking tools and making sure everything is aligned properly. Peenya can be a bit of a maze with all the different phases and mains, but we have been here long enough that we don't think about it anymore. The building is functional and doesn't have a lot of extra trimmings. We have our workstations set up and the staff just goes about their business. Most of our day involves technical tasks and keeping an eye on the production schedules. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find sales pitches or flashy displays. We are more concerned with the actual output and making sure our tools are doing what they are supposed to do. The rhythm of the machines is the background noise of our lives. We have a steady group of people here who know their jobs well. It’s a solid place to work, and we just keep pushing through the orders that come in from different sectors. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area before getting back to the floor.
