Our office is at 25 Basaveshwara Nagar, tucked away in the Parvat Gam area within the Narayan Nager Industrial Area. It’s a place where a lot of people are looking for work and companies are looking for extra hands. We spend most of our mornings looking through resumes and talking to folks who come in looking for a chance. It’s a bit crowded sometimes with people waiting in the hallway. We don't use any fancy software to pick names; we just talk to people and see what they can actually do. The industrial area is always busy, so there's always something going on outside our window. We try to keep things honest here. If a job isn’t a good fit, we say so. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out and some have been working for decades. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a few filing cabinets for all the records. We try to make sure the paperwork is in order so nobody gets into trouble later on. It’s practical work that helps the local shops and factories keep their lines running. We just take it day by day and try to help as many as we can without making things too complicated for anyone involved.
