We at Manpowerservices India Pvt Ltd are based at Shiva Krupa, which is the first building on 2nd Main in Kempegowda Nagara. It is right near the Reliance House and just off the busy Tumkur Road in T.Dasarahalli. If you know Bangalore, you know how hectic the traffic can get out this way, especially with all the trucks moving toward the highway. Our office is a simple setup on the second floor. We have a couple of rooms that we have filled with desks and a lot of paperwork. It is not the most modern place, but it works for what we do every day. There is a small balcony where some of us stand to get a bit of air, though the noise from the main road is always there. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a calendar that is usually a few days behind. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We start around nine and try to finish up before it gets dark. There is a small bakery and a tea stall just a few steps away. It is just a regular office where we show up, do the work, and head home to our families. There is an old clock on the wall that is always five minutes fast, but we keep it that way. The office floor is a bit scuffed from all the chairs moving around. We have a small cupboard where we keep the extra stationery and a few spare light bulbs.
