Rajajinagar is one of those old-school Bangalore areas that still has a bit of character left. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have any beanbags or fancy coffee machines. We just have desks, chairs, and people looking for work or looking for workers. It’s a lot of talking and matching people up with what they need. The 10th Main road can get pretty busy, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background. We have been here for a while, so the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a practical setup. We spend our days going through resumes and making calls. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and talk until the generator kicks in or the lights come back. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more like a local office where things get done at a steady pace. We don't have a mission or a vision posted on the wall. We just try to help people find jobs and help companies find staff. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy. Bangalore is a big city, but in this corner of Rajajinagar, things feel a bit more manageable. That is about all there is to say about our little office.
