We like being in II Phase because it’s a good part of town. There are parks nearby where some of us go for a walk during breaks. The building is well-maintained, but it's not a luxury tower. It’s just practical. We’ve got a few desks pushed together. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just us working. Sometimes we struggle with the parking out front. It’s a common problem on the 20th Main. We just make do with what we have. It’s an okay place to be.
