Manpasand Mobile

BVK Iyengar Road is always crowded. If you’ve ever been to 7-B, you know how the traffic just crawls past all day long. Manpasand Mobile is right in the middle of that chaos. I usually get here early to beat the worst of the congestion, but even then, the street is already waking up. The shop is small, so we use every inch of the walls to hang up cases and cables. Lined up in the glass cabinets are the phones, mostly brands people around here prefer. The light from the street lamps reflects off the glass in the evenings. Keeping the inventory straight takes effort because things move constantly. I spend a lot of time talking to people about batteries or screen protectors. Because of the honking outside, we often have to speak up a bit. There’s a tea stall nearby that brings us a cup every morning, which really helps start the shift. Our team isn't big, just a couple of us making sure everything stays in its place. The floor is made of old stone that’s worn down from all the walking. It’s just a simple mobile shop on a very busy road. We stay open until late because that’s when the commuters are heading back home and stop in to check their devices. It gets dusty from the road, so we are always wiping things down. We just focus on getting through the day's tasks.
