Manjunatha Engravers

Our shop is located right near Sajjanrao Circle in the Hosur Layout area. It isn't hard to find if you know the neighborhood well. Inside, there is usually the sound of metal being worked on and the smell of various materials we use for the engraving. It gets a bit dusty on the shelves because of all the fine particles that fly around when the machines are running, but we try to wipe things down when we get a spare minute. There are a lot of different bits of scrap metal and plastic lying around the worktable. The light isn't always the best in the back corner where the old drill is kept, so we have a few extra lamps plugged in there. Most of the people who come in are locals from around Hosur or folks who saw the sign while driving past the circle. We don't have a lot of space for sitting down, just a couple of old chairs that have seen better days. The floor has some scratches from where we move the heavy equipment. Sometimes the street noise gets quite loud when the traffic builds up near the junction, but you sort of stop noticing it after being here for a few hours. It is a simple place where we spend our time focused on the little details on the plates and plaques that come across our desks every morning.
