It’s just me and a couple of others here most days at the shop on L B S Marg in Whitefield. We’ve been at 57/11 for a while now. Most mornings start with unlocking the shutters and checking if the internet is actually working today. Whitefield gets so crowded with traffic that sometimes I just sit outside and watch the cars crawl by while having tea. People come in mostly for quick things, like a screen guard that’s peeling off or a phone that won't charge right. We keep the place simple, nothing fancy. There’s a shelf with some chargers and old cases that have been there too long probably. Sometimes it gets dusty because of all the construction around here, so we spend half the day wiping things down. It’s a small space, so if three customers come in at once, it feels full. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most people who stop by are just walking from the nearby offices or live around the corner. We try to get things fixed fast because nobody wants to be without their phone for more than an hour. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat in the back corner. The afternoon is usually quiet until the schools and offices let out. Then it gets loud again with people asking for recharges or just looking at the new models we have in the display case.
