Manish Steel Corporation is situated at 8T3 in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically within the Vardhman Compelx in the Bhattha Peenys Industrial Estate. This whole area is full of workshops and factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in the background. Our spot in the Vardhman Compelx is where we keep all the steel and the equipment we need. It is a very industrial setting, with concrete floors and high metal roofs. It gets quite loud during the day, and there is always a bit of grease and dust around, which is just part of working with steel. We have a small office section where we keep the records, but most of our time is spent out on the floor. It is a practical space built for heavy work, not for hosting fancy meetings. We have been in Peenya for a long time and we know the other business owners around the estate. The days are usually long and involve a lot of lifting and moving materials from one spot to another. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look polished. It is just a group of us getting through the work that needs to be done. Most people who come by are there to pick up orders or to deliver new stock to our unit in the industrial estate. It's a tough environment but it's home for us.
