Manikantha Computers

Manikantha Computers is over at 360 Magadi Mantri Wadi on S V Road in Malad. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot into it. We have shelves full of keyboards, mice, and spare parts for laptops. It’s usually quite crowded in here, especially on Saturday mornings when everyone realizes their home computer is broken. The address is 360 Magadi Mantri Wadi, and it’s a bit of an old building, but it suits us just fine. S V Road is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the people, so there’s never a dull moment. We spend our days taking things apart and putting them back together. Sometimes we have to tell people their old PC is finally dead, which is never fun. We don't have a big team, just myself and a couple of guys who know their way around a motherboard. We aren't part of some big chain; we’re just a local shop in Malad. We try to be helpful and give people a fair price for repairs. I started this shop because I’ve always liked fiddling with electronics. Now it’s my daily life. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually playing the news or a cricket match while we work. It’s not a polished corporate office, but it’s a place where we do real work for the local community. We know most of our neighbors and many of our customers by name now. It’s been a good journey.
