Mangalam Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai

Mangalam Pvt. Ltd has an interesting setup. Despite the Navi Mumbai in our name, our main office is located on 1st Main Road in Pattegara Palya, Bangalore. We are right opposite St. Paul’s High School. During the day, we can hear the kids playing during their breaks, which is a nice background noise most of the time. The office is at 56/25, and it’s a pretty standard building for this part of Vijaynagar. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the local tea stalls and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. We don’t have a massive floor of workers. It’s a modest group of us handling various administrative and business tasks. The place isn't decorated with expensive art; it’s mostly just shelves full of files and old computers. We don't really follow a strict corporate dress code. Most days, we just wear what’s comfortable for the Bangalore weather. It can get pretty busy on the main road, so finding parking for visitors is always a bit of a challenge. We don’t have any big mission statements or goals to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us and make sure we can pay the rent at the end of the month. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We've stayed in this neighborhood because we like the community here.
