Mandira Paying Guest

Mandira Paying Guest is situated at 331 Vijaya Nagar. It is a house where people stay when they are working or studying in the city. We have been running this place for a good while. Vijaya Nagar is a nice area with a lot of trees and parks nearby. The house is at number 331 and it is a pretty standard building. We have rooms for different people and it gets quite lively in the evenings when everyone comes back. It isn't a hotel, so do not expect a lobby or a concierge. It is just a place to live with other people. We take care of the basic things like cleaning the common areas and making sure the water is running. Sometimes the light bulbs burn out and we have to go get new ones, or the gate gets squeaky. It is just a regular home that we have turned into a guest house. We do not do a lot of advertising because people usually find us through friends or by seeing the board outside. Most of the residents are nice folks who just want a quiet place to sleep. We are around most of the day if anyone needs anything. It is a straightforward setup. We have rules about noise and visitors, but nothing too strict. It is just about everyone getting along in the same house at 331. We try to keep it simple and clean.
