Management Consultancy Group

Management Consultancy Group is our small operation located over in Basaveshwarnagar. We have our office at number 748, which is on the 1st F Cross. If you know the area, it is in the 3rd Stage, specifically the 4th Block. It is a pretty established part of Bangalore, so it feels very grounded being here. We don’t have any of those big shiny reception desks or anything. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper and laptops. We spend our days talking to different people about their businesses and trying to help them sort out their management issues. It’s interesting work because no two days are really the same. Sometimes a client will drop by, and we’ll sit and talk for an hour over some coffee we made in the back. The 560079 pin code area has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner on 1st F Cross stays mostly the same. We like the routine of coming in, checking the files, and getting through the workload. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do take the tasks seriously. We just prefer a more relaxed atmosphere where people can actually think. Being in the 4th block means we are close to some good local spots for lunch, which is always a plus for the staff here. It’s just a normal office where we try to be helpful.
