Our office is situated at number 200, Rar Mansion, on the 1st Main Road in Whitefield. We are right by Royan Circle and directly opposite the CMC office, so we see a lot of people coming and going for government business. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We spend our days meeting people who are looking for work and trying to match them with jobs that need doing. There is always a bit of a queue in the mornings, and the waiting area gets pretty full. We have a few simple desks and some old computers that we use to keep track of everyone’s details. It is a busy atmosphere with people talking and phones going off. Whitefield is a fast-growing area, so there is always a demand for workers, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, and our desks are buried under resumes and forms. We do not have a big corporate setup, just a local office where we try to help folks find a way to earn a living. The traffic around Royan Circle can be quite a mess, but it is a central spot for anyone coming from the surrounding neighborhoods. We keep things pretty informal and just talk to people as they come in. It is a lot of face-to-face work and making sure we have the right names for the right roles before the sun sets.
