Malve Precision Components

Malve Precision Components is situated at number 30 in the Jigani KIADB Industrial Area, 2nd Phase. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here from the main city, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. Our unit is full of lathes and milling machines. It’s a noisy place with the sound of cutting metal going on all day. We make small, precise parts that are used in various types of machinery. It’s very technical work, even if the surroundings look a bit rough. We’ve been in Jigani for a long time. The industrial area is always full of trucks and workers. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us on the shop floor with oil on our hands. We take a look at the drawings and see how we can make the parts as requested. It’s all about the measurements here. Even a small mistake can ruin a whole batch, so we have to be careful. We aren't a huge factory, just a focused workshop. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and know the machines inside out. It’s a tough environment but we like the challenge of making things. We just do our work and make sure the customers get what they need. There is always a lot of grease and metal scrap around, but that is part of the job.
