The showroom is packed with all sorts of things like sofas, dining tables, and wooden cupboards. It smells like fresh sawdust and furniture polish inside. We don't have a massive warehouse, so a lot of what we have is right there on the floor for people to touch and sit on. It’s a local shop where we recognize a lot of the faces that walk in. We spend our time helping people measure things or explaining the difference between the types of wood we have in stock. The office is just a desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the delivery schedules. It’s a family-run feel even if we’re just a regular local business. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. If someone likes a chair, they buy it, and we figure out how to get it to their house.
