You can find Maheshwari Telelinks over at the Anand Center in Bellandur. It’s a busy area these days with all the traffic and the new offices popping up everywhere. We’ve been set up in this building for a while now. It’s a simple operation. We deal with telecommunications stuff, mostly helping people get their connections sorted out or fixing devices. The Anand Center is a landmark that most locals know, so it helps people find us without too much trouble. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us. We spend most of our time behind the counter or working on repairs. Bellandur has changed so much lately, but our little shop stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency. People come in when they have a problem and we do our best to help them out. There’s no script we follow. We just listen and see what needs to be done. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workplace for practical people. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that’s a tragedy, but otherwise, things run fairly smooth. We don't make big promises. We just show up every day and do the job. It’s how we’ve always done it.
