Mahendra Metal & Tubes

Our shop is on Sadar Patrappa Road, specifically in Benki Nawab Lane at number 169/2. It’s a busy area with a lot of metal shops and small industries. There is always the sound of metal clanging or trucks idling outside. We spend the day moving tubes and checking the inventory. The lane is quite narrow, so things can get a bit tight when we are unloading. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more. We have a small desk tucked in the corner for the accounts and a phone that rings quite a lot. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or anything like that. The floors are concrete and they get pretty dirty, but that’s to be expected. We know most of the other shop owners on the lane. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we are here and they know what we have in stock. If we don’t have something, we usually know who does. It’s a tight-knit community of traders. We usually have a tea break around four when things slow down just a little bit. Then it’s back to work until we close up for the night. It’s honest work and we just take it one day at a time without any grand plans or fancy talk.
