Lalbagh Road is always a hub for this kind of stuff. We are tucked away on 4th Cross in KS Gardens, at number 19/1. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, so there’s always the sound of trucks and metal clanging nearby. We specialize in tubes and pipes, mostly for construction or repair work that people are doing around the city. Our warehouse is pretty full most of the time. It’s not the cleanest job, as the tubes can be greasy or heavy, but we don't mind getting our hands dirty. We’ve got a small crew that knows where everything is, even when the stacks look like a mess to anyone else. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most of our business comes from contractors who have been buying from us for years. They know the address and they know we usually have what they need in stock. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific size to come in, but we're honest about the wait. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local supplier trying to keep things moving. We open up early in the morning because that's when the builders want to pick up their materials. By the time the sun goes down, we’re pretty tired, but it’s good work. It feels right being in a place where people actually build things.
