Mahaveer Tele World

Shivaji Nagar is a place that never really sleeps. Our shop, Mahaveer Tele World, is at number 96. It is right in the middle of all the noise and the street vendors selling fruit and clothes. The building itself is quite old. Inside at 96, we have a couple of glass display cases that have seen better days. They have a few scratches from years of people leaning on them. We spend a lot of time hunting for specific spare parts in the back room. It is a bit messy back there with all the boxes and old wires tangled together. People come in mostly for small things, like a new sim card or to ask why their data is not working. We are not experts at everything, but we try to figure it out. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of street food from the vendors outside. We have a small plastic clock on the wall that runs five minutes fast. Nobody has bothered to fix it. Usually, we just sit and watch the crowds go by when it is slow. It is a simple life at the shop. We do not have any big promises to make. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. That is how it works here in Shivaji Nagar at Mahaveer Tele World. We see a lot of different people every single day.
