Maharshi Alloys & Steels

Being located at C/3 Peenya Akota Vadodara means we are right in the thick of the industrial area. Maharshi Alloys & Steels is basically a large workspace filled with metal, heavy parts, and the smell of industrial work. The floor is made of hard concrete and it shows a lot of wear and tear from all the years we have been moving stuff around. It is often quite dusty inside, and most of us wear heavy boots to keep our feet safe while we are moving things. The sound of trucks backing up or metal clanging is the background noise of our lives here. We don't have any expensive office furniture. Instead, we have sturdy wooden desks where we keep track of the orders and handle all the paperwork. Vadodara can get really hot in the summer, and the fans in the ceiling just move the warm air around, but we are used to it by now. There is a small area tucked away in the corner where we sit for our breaks. We know the people in the neighboring units and often chat with the drivers who come to pick up loads. It is a very practical environment where the focus is just on getting the material out to where it needs to go. We keep things simple and don't worry much about how the place looks as long as the work gets done.
