Mahalaxmi Metals

Down in Ganigarpet, things are always a bit loud and dusty, and that’s exactly where you’ll find Mahalaxmi Metals at 41306. Our shop is filled with the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of the street outside. We have heavy stacks of sheets and pipes leaning against the walls, and you have to be careful where you step. Everything in here has a bit of weight to it. We spend our days moving things around and measuring out pieces for people who come in looking for specific sizes. It’s physical work that leaves you tired by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy office; we just have a small desk tucked away in the back where we keep our records and a pot of water for the day. The walls are bare and the floor is rough concrete that has seen a lot of use over the years. We use chalk to mark the metal before we cut it, and there is always a layer of fine dust on everything. People come to us when they need something solid and they don’t mind the grime of a real workshop. We know the other shopkeepers on the street, and we often shout back and forth over the noise. It is a tough environment, but it is where we belong. We keep our heads down and get the work done.
