Mahadev Provision Store

If you are walking down Hebbal Kempapura Road, you will see Mahadev Provision Store at number 20/13. We are a small local shop, nothing like those big supermarkets you see in the malls. We carry the basic things people need for their kitchens and homes every day. The shelves are usually packed tight because we try to fit as much as possible into the space we have. It can be a little cramped when more than two or three people are inside at the same time, but we make it work. We have been in this part of Hebbal for a good while now, and we have seen the road get a lot busier over the years. My family helps out with the running of the place, so you will often see one of us behind the counter. We don't have a computerized system or anything like that; we just write things down and use a simple calculator. It is a bit old-fashioned, I suppose, but it works fine for us. We try to keep our prices fair so the neighbors keep coming back. Sometimes we stay open a little later if someone knocks on the shutter, because that’s just how things are done here. It is just a regular life running a regular store, and we are happy enough with how things are going for us right now.
