If you go down to Peenya 1st Main Road, you’ll find us in the 2nd Stage area. We are at Shop No. 3 in the A-1 block. It’s a gritty part of town, which is exactly where a metal business should be. At Mahadev Metal Industries, there is always some kind of noise—either the sound of metal clanging or the heavy traffic moving through Peenya. Our shop isn't very big, and it’s usually quite dusty from all the work going on, but it serves our purpose. We have been here for a long time, and the neighbors are all doing similar industrial stuff, so we fit right in. There’s no air conditioning or fancy furniture, just a few chairs, a solid table for the paperwork, and whatever metal stock we have on hand that day. We handle a lot of different metal items and the guys are usually busy loading or unloading something from the back of a small tempo. It’s honest work and it gets hot in the summer months under the roof, but we’re used to it. People stop by to ask for prices or to see if we have specific pieces in stock. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. Most of the business happens with a handshake or a quick note in a ledger. It’s a simple setup for a simple trade, and we don't feel the need to change how things have worked for years.
