Magnum Loans

Our office is on the first floor of the Bsr Arcade, right above the Cafe Coffee Day in Basavanagudi. It’s a familiar spot on 14th Main in Geleyarapalya, so most people know the building. We’ve been at 198/6 for a good bit of time now. Working in loans means we spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking to people about their situations. It isn't a high-pressure environment, just a small office where we keep things simple. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. You can usually smell the coffee from downstairs, which is nice in the mornings. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people figure out their options without making it too difficult. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit heavy, but that’s just the job. We aren't a giant bank, so things feel a bit more personal here. We know the area well and see the same faces walking by every day. It’s a steady pace. We open up, check the emails, and wait for folks to drop by with their documents. There’s no big mystery to it. We just stay in our lane and do the administrative work that’s needed. If you’re walking past the coffee shop, you’re basically right there. We just keep things moving along one day at a time. It's a job like any other and we do it.
