Magna Infotech, Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Madiwala. We are on the 10th Cross in Maruthinagar. If you know Bangalore, you know Madiwala is always moving and shaking. It can be quite a struggle with the traffic sometimes, but it’s a central spot for what we do. We are at number 27. Our office is a busy place because we deal with a lot of IT staffing and related things. There are always people coming in for interviews or to drop off documents. The 10th Cross is a bit narrower than the main roads, so it feels a little more tucked away. We’ve got a team that works on different things, mostly connecting tech workers with companies that need them. It is a lot of sorting through data and making sure people are where they need to be. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. We’d rather just have good internet and working phones. Sometimes we stay late because the work just keeps coming. Madiwala has a lot of places to eat nearby, which is good for us during lunch breaks. We’ve been in this location for a good while now. It feels like home even when it’s chaotic outside. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks for the day. Recruiting is a lot of phone calls and emails, but we are used to the pace by now.
